I led the project from early planning through delivery, working across frontend, backend, and DevOps teams. This was the point where my work shifted from being only a developer to owning delivery and coordination end-to-end.

I moved from implementing features to owning delivery. That meant coordinating infrastructure setup, dev and QA timelines, cross-company communication, and client feedback while keeping everyone aligned.

I worked closely with teams from different organizations to find solutions that worked for all sides. My focus shifted from just coding to guiding the project as a whole, keeping progress steady, unblocking teams, and making sure we were building something reliable. Step by step, we moved the product toward UAT, and reaching that stage felt like a shared achievement.

Technical DetailsExpand

Along with leading the project, we introduced a key feature that stood out: allowing customers to pay their mortgage directly from the app. We integrated this through a third-party payment provider, ensuring a secure and smooth flow from the mobile app to the backend to the payment gateway.

ResultsExpand

The client approved the build, agreed to go live, and we delivered both the mobile app and the online platform to their customers. Beyond the technical success, this project mattered because it proved I could step into a leadership role and handle the responsibility end to end.
